The software and customer service is excellent and perfect for the dealership. My review is based on the client software on my second work station. It constantly crashes and leaves me stranded to the main workstation which cuts down on our productivity. This has been going on for almost two years and within that time I was hoping for a fix. Writing this review, I hope to push a software update to fix this problem.

You can not ask for better customer service than what you get from Frazer. Every time I have any sort of question or problem (which is almost always my fault), Frazer is there to help. They're always very friendly and never grow annoyed with my questions. I could not ask for more out of this company.
