The nurse seems friendly but terrible wait times when there's no reason for it. Waited 40 mins for someone, people came in after me and they got in within 5 mins.
Always good with my four legged kid even though he can be an handful. They explain anything that is wrong and willing to answer all my questions. The staff remember his name and say hi to him when we show up.
Never, ever on time. Wasted so many hours in this place....

Have been going to Canton since Dr. Spear had his clinic next to his house. Will never go back after today. Waited for Dr. to come in for 40 minutes. Someone had to go get her. She injected kitten 3 times with distemper shot, the 3rd time shooting medication on table and kitten. She attempted a 4th time but I stopped her and some med still not injected, say ''I got most of it in''. NOT. Will never go back. UNACCEPTABLE!
